Job Summary
Please inquire to us if you have the experience conducting consultative conversation, maintaining current and accurate records of client coverage and underwriting information as well as producing binders, certificates, policies, proposals, summaries of insurance and other insurance documents within designated timelines. Additional desired experience would include obtaining non-marketed renewal quotes from existing carriers, completing renewal processes and handling non-renewal and cancellations for cause.
Qualifications
Pertinent knowledge of insurance products and usages
Relevant understanding of insurance documents
Ability to utilize computer programs and understand their functionality; Applied experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-task abilities
Results-oriented and resourceful
Property/Casualty License; insurance designations preferred
Willingness to pursue continuing education
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast paced environment with significant telephone and personal disruption
Ability to maintain a positive attitude, express enthusiasm and be flexible
Ability to carry out complex tasks with many concrete and abstract variables
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Minimum of three (3) years in a similar or related position
College degree preferred
Supports all Commercial Lines department initiatives, as guided by Lawley values, sales culture and scorecard
