High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in customer service required, Associates Degree preferred Strong interpersonal, communication and customer relations skills Strong computer skills, including word processing, data entry and spreadsheet in a windows environment Ability to develop and maintain & engage in positive relationships with people from various backgrounds Bilingual preferred Multi-line phone experience preferred Strong teaming skills Continuous professional development expected Multi-tasking ability required Special Requirements, if any:
Valid Drivers license Ability to travel Ability to lift 50 lbs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
