Fish and Wildlife Technician 1 - (2 Positions)

This position will involve implementing an angler survey that involves direct contact interviews of anglers and recording data from fishing trips in a standard manner. Field activities will also include participation in Lake Erie fish sampling aboard RV Argo and other vessels. Other data processing and entry tasks will occur as office work. Other field and lab work will be required as needed.

Salary Range:
From $17.69 to $17.69 Hourly
Minimum Qualification
Thirty semester credit hours, including 12 semester credit hours in fisheries, marine resources or wildlife management; mariculture; marine biology; aquaculture; aquatic, marine or terrestrial ecology; zoology; marine technology; botany; limnology; hydrology; or oceanography.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
